4 & Co is dedicated to creating coworking spaces so that no matter your office requirements, there is a space for anyone to work. The two-story, nearly 40,000 sq. ft. space includes office space, meeting rooms, a podcasting room, a photo studio, napping rooms, a gym, hot yoga studio, full salon, massage rooms, saunas, and a full-service coffee bar. There is a large outdoor space with a deck for members to hangout and also primarily to use for events for members and/or companies. It has 60 percent use of solar panels with a zero-penetration method.
