Maitland Social

The Maitland Social was reconstructed from an old bank building site and turned into a modern mixed-use development that houses multiple tenants. WG provided MEP design for the shell of the building, as well as for multiple of the businesses that reside in the building which includes Wave Sushi, Pizza Bruno, and others.
