The Fold + Lily’s Sweet Treats
The Fold + Lily’s Sweet Treats is combined pizza restaurant and ice cream parlor on Harbor Island boulevard. The interior holds a modern flare with a fully equipped pizza kitchen and soft-serve ice cream bar. WG provided structural and MEP services for this dual-concept project. Our work included extending support and details for: a remote terminal unit (RTU), the property’s store front, openings in the floor slab, and a trash enclosure.
